AE86 and KE36 owner I'm the owner of an AE86 Corolla of which I drift on occasion. I've upgraded it's motor to a 20v blacktop variant, changed the LSD to 1.5 Cusco and also replaced the T50 box with a W58.
Also I've just acquired a KE36 panel wagon which I plan to make into an all out race car. It's a hard to find shell (found this one parked in a friends garden...left to the elements for rot). As such I wish to keep it's uniqueness by not giving it a conventional engine plant. I'm considering outfitting it with a Volvo turbo engine with an associated volvo backend...of course subject to later modification for higher torque and hp figures lol.
Has anyone done a conversion of this sort?
